Once a refund is processed, there is no way to cancel it as instructions are immediately sent to the bank to issue a refund to the customer.

If you have issued a refund accidentally, you should contact the customer to arrange payment and have it resolved.

We have added a review page to the refund process allowing users to do a final check before issuing refunds.
