Who and what is Zero Value Autocharge for?
Zero value autocharge allows Prommt Merchants to authenticate and tokenise a customer's card without charging them in the first transaction.
The merchant secures and wuthenticates card details, without having to put the customer out in the process. This leads to better customer experience.
How to create a Zero Value Autocharge
This feature works just like a standard Autocharge, whereby an Autocharge plan is created from the initial transaction.
1. Create Autocharge activation for €0.00 / £0.00
2. Customer authenticates the zero value autocharge
3. Autocharge plan is created and future charges can be made for that customer
