Enable Group Send

Turns Group Send on for your account, allowing your users to upload a CSV file and send a payment request to multiple recipients in a single action. This must be enabled before any team member can use the feature.

πŸ’Ύ Saving your changes

Once you've toggled Group Send on, click Save Changes. To discard any unsaved changes, click Discard.


Troubleshooting

The Group Send option isn't appearing for my team when sending a request. Check that Enable Group Send is toggled on and that you've clicked Save Changes. If it's enabled and still not visible, contact Prommt Support via the chat button in your dashboard.

My CSV upload is failing. Download the CSV template from this settings page and check your file matches the column structure exactly β€” column names, order, and formatting all need to match. See [How to send a Group Send payment request] for a full walkthrough of CSV preparation.
