For: Prommt account administrators responsible for account setup.
📍 Where to find it
Go to Settings → Branding in your Prommt dashboard.
🎨 What you can configure
Account logo
Your logo appears on all payment emails and checkout pages sent to your customers. It's one of the most visible brand elements in the Prommt payment journey — customers see it every time they receive or open a payment request.
To update your logo, click Change Account Logo and upload your file.
⚠️ Important: If you need to change or update your account logo, we recommend reaching out to Prommt Support before making changes. Our team can ensure your logo is correctly sized, formatted, and displays properly across all payment touchpoints. Contact us via the chat button in your dashboard.
Set Email Sender Name
This is the name your customers will see in the "From:" line of every email and notification sent from Prommt on your behalf. By default this is set to your account name.
Setting a clear, recognisable sender name helps customers immediately identify who the payment request is from — reducing hesitation and improving payment conversion.
You can also check Assign a reply-to email address for all emails sent with Prommt if you want customer replies directed to a specific inbox rather than going undelivered.
SMS Sender Name
This is the name that appears on SMS messages sent to your customers via Prommt. By default this is set to Prommt.
You can update this to your business name so customers recognise the sender immediately when they receive a payment request by text.
Note: SMS sender name availability varies by country and mobile network. In some regions, custom sender names are not supported and the default will be used regardless of your setting.
💾 Saving your changes
Once you've made your updates, click Save Changes. To discard any unsaved changes, click Discard.
Troubleshooting
My logo isn't displaying correctly on the checkout page. Check the file format and dimensions of your uploaded logo. If it looks distorted or isn't rendering as expected, contact Prommt Support via the chat button — we can review and adjust the logo on your account directly.
Customers are replying to payment emails but we're not receiving the replies. Enable the Assign a reply-to email address option in the Email Sender Name section and set it to an inbox your team actively monitors.
My SMS sender name isn't showing as my business name. Custom SMS sender names aren't supported in all countries. If your customers are based in a region where it isn't available, the SMS will send with the default sender name. Contact Prommt Support if you're unsure what applies to your region.
