Understanding your Billing page

This article explains what you'll find on your Prommt Billing page and what each metric means.

Go to Settings β†’ Billing in your Prommt dashboard.


πŸ“‹ What you'll see

The Billing page gives you a snapshot of your current plan and how much of your monthly allowance you've used.

Your plan

At the top of the page you'll see your current plan name and your plan renewal date β€” the date your annual subscription renews.

Monthly Usage

Below your plan details is your Monthly Usage section, which shows your usage against your plan limits for the current month. Your monthly limits reset on the date shown.

There are four metrics:

Monthly Turnover The total value of payments processed through your Prommt account this month, shown against your monthly turnover limit. For example, €0.00 / €2,500.00 means no payments have been processed yet against a €2,500 monthly limit.

Credits The number of payment request credits used this month against your monthly allowance. Each payment request sent uses one credit.

Locations The number of active locations configured on your account against your location limit.

Users The number of active users on your account against your user limit.
